Biochemical markers alone have insufficient accuracy to identify pregnancies ending in SGA or stillbirth; studies combining US and placental biomarkers are needed. PlGF was the most accurate test for predicting stillbirth, DOR 49.2 (95% CI 12.7 to 191). h
