これ、脳梗塞やって以来すごい悩んでて、一日6g、ってかみさんが一生懸命やってくれてるんだけど、確かにそんなに血圧下がらんのよね。そもそも医者は「高血圧の原因はよく分かっていません」とか言い出すから。分かってねえのに減塩かよ、はいつも思う。でも実際血管詰まったからなあ・・・
